With competition being as fierce as it is in the retail hairdressing industry, we believe that the key to success has to be brand development - a conscious endeavour to ensure people only ever associate your brand with excellent 'attitude' to client care, quality of work, consistency of work, low staff turnover, and congenial ambience (sight/scent/sound).

Formal qualifications achieved

Much of the above will be founded on effective in-house training (NVQ Levels 1 to 3). Staff who feel respected, valued, skilled and competent (with a piece of paper to show for it!) are the cornerstone of the best 'salon experiences' in the industry.
